The Black Crowes have set the stage for a major comeback, revealing plans to drop "Happiness Bastards," their first original music in 15 years, on March 15, 2024, through Silver Arrow Records. This musical journey serves as a tribute to the band's past, present, and future. To amplify the celebration, they've lined up a 35-city international tour, kicking off on April 2 at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tenn.
Following their opening night, The Black Crowes will turn their focus to the Southern United States, gracing stages at Atlanta's Fox Theatre, 713 Music Hall in Houston, and another show in the Lone Star State. The tour then moves to the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver on April 8, before swinging through Phoenix and reaching the eagerly awaited performance at Los Angeles' Greek Theatre, marking the beginning of a coastal journey.
The journey continues with nights in Oakland, Calif., Seattle, and Vancouver, B.C., before circling back to the heart of the country for performances in Detroit and Chicago, leading to shows in Montreal and Toronto. The ensemble will take the spotlight at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on April 27, followed by shows in Boston, Washington, D.C., and more, concluding with a finale on May 7 at The Met Philadelphia.
Following a brief hiatus, The Black Crowes will return to the stage for a series of European appearances, starting on May 14 at the O2 Apollo in Manchester. A trail of 11 stops across the continent will follow, with highlights including festival appearances on June 5-8 at the Sweden Rock Festival in Sôlvesborg and June 9 at the STONE & MUSIC Festival in Mérida. The tour promises to be a memorable journey, marking the return of The Black Crowes to the forefront of the music scene.
